CONDITIONS: 

Our tours are designed for small groups and individuals. Although it´s not necessary to make a reservation for groups of less than 10 people, we recommend doing so, especially if you have any special needs or requirements. Booking in advance will give you priority over other travelers who don´t have a booking. You are welcome to come without a reservation and your spot will be assigned based on order of arrival.

Groups of ten or more should book in advance on our website. In this case, we recommend requesting a private tour to ensure that your group can do the tour together with an exclusive guide. To do so, please contact us at betogether@betogethertours.com

To guarantee your spot, you should come to the meeting point no later than 10 minutes before the tour begins. If you arrive later, we may reassign your spot to someone else. With these measures we try to be fair to everyone who is interested in participating in the tour and make sure that the tours begin on time.

The THEMATIC TOURS are paid visits. Once the booking is finished, the ticket and confirmation will be sent automatically by email. If, for whatever reason, you don´t receive the email, contact us at betogether@betogethertours.com because this probably means that the order was not processed correctly. We ask that you check your spam folders before contacting us.

Please print the reservation confirmation or be prepared to present it on your mobile phone or tablet, and please bring with you photo identification. If you don´t have access to a printer or mobile phone, we suggest that you pay for the tour in cash at the start of the tour instead of reserving online, as we also sell tickets at the meeting points before starting the tours. We will do everything possible to verify reservations that were made for those who turn up without a valid printed ticket, but we cannot make any guarantees. In this case you will have to acquire a new ticket for the tour.
The tour ticket includes the guides and, when specified, may include the transportation costs. Food, drink, w/c use, unplanned costs and any other detail that is not specified in the tour description will not be included in the price of the tour.

Minors under 12 years of age are exempt from tour costs if they are accompanied by an adult with a ticket, excluding the tours which have entrance and transportation fees included in the price.

The tour guide will be reserved solely during the time period indicated in the description of the reservation. If the group were to arrive 10 minutes late, this time would be deducted from the overall time of the tour. Participation in Betogether Tours is strictly voluntary and both the guides and Betogether Tours reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any moment.

As in any activity, there is some level of risk. However, at Betogether Tours we do everything possible to keep this risk at a minimum. Neither Betogether Tours nor the guides that provide the services on behalf of Betogether Tours accept any responsibility for damages caused to your person or property during the tour.

Betogether Tours will never sell your personal information to a third party. We reserve the right to use the provided information for research and marketing.

PARTICIPANTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS 

Our tours have been designed with the aim of being ACCESSIBLE to EVERYONE and we have collaborated with various specialist associations. We recommend reserving 24h in advance indicating your needs so that we may guarantee the best service possible.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS 

When a tour is canceled by fault of BeTogether Tours or one of the guides with whom we work, we return the full cost of the tour and, as additional compensation, we offer a coupon of up to 100% of the tour price to use towards other tours. This credit cannot be used for other purposes nor can it be exchanged for cash.

On the other hand, if you cannot attend the tour and you need to cancel a reservation, as long as you communicate this to us 24h in advance, we will cancel your reservation and provide you with a voucher for 50% of the cost of the tour to use with us on other tours. We maintain a no returns policy, unless we are responsible for the cancellation.

We cannot be made responsible for the cancellation of a tour due to natural disasters (tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanic dust, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

These consist of a selection of activities that we have carefully chosen with the goal of providing you with the best experiences possible during your travels. We don´t personally provide these activities, but our specialists have selected them from among a wide range of offers based on their quality and value, and they have been meticulously examined. Because of this, we would appreciate that you leave us any comments you have so that we may continue offering the highest quality service.

For all of these tours and activities, we clearly state that “this tour is operated by our collaborator {name of the company}” and you will also find this information on the ticket. In the case of cancellations or returns, the policies of the collaborating tour operator will be applied.
